4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.
b. Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
c. Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
5. Returns and Refunds
a. We offer 30-Day Guarantee on items purchased on www.wavewashing.us.
You must contact Wave Washing within seven (7) days of receiving delivery and return the product within thirty (30) days of initial purchase (return shipping costs are not included). Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned of the product.
